Using Your Alsford Trade Account
How do I access the Alsford Customer Portal?
1. To access the Alsford customer portal, sign in with your email address and password on our Customer Login page. Note the Customer Portal uses the main email address that is registered to your Alsford account as your login information.
2. Once logged in, you will be directed to your Account Overview page. On this page, you can track your account activity and check your account balance.
3. In your Customer Portal, you can also make payments, view your invoices, orders, quotes, statements and credit notes, as well as edit your address book with delivery and billing addresses, update your account information, and view your previous online orders.
How do I Make an Online Payment via the Alsford Customer portal?
1. To make a payment on your Alsford trade account, sign in to the Alsford customer portal using your login details.
2. Once logged in, you will be directed to your Account Overview page. Scroll down to find the “Make a Payment” button below the Account Summary and Account Age Analysis sections and click on it.
3. On the Pay Your Account page, choose your preferred payment option: Pay Amount Due, Pay Selected Invoices, or Pay My Own Amount.
4. Enter the required details for your chosen payment option.
5. Click on "Process Payment" to complete the transaction. You will receive a payment confirmation to your Account email address.
How do I view and download Invoices for my Trade Account?
1. To view Invoices issued online or in branch, sign in to your customer portal using your login details.
2. On the vertical menu on the left-hand side of the page, click on “Your Invoices.”
3. You will be taken to “Your Invoices” page, where you can search and filter invoices by PO, order number, reference, date, or status.
4. Once you find the required invoice, click on the “Download Invoice” button.
5. To perform a bulk download of your invoices, click on the “Bulk Download” button at the bottom of the page.
6. To export your invoices as Excel files, click on the "Export" button at the bottom of the page.
How do I download a copy of a VAT invoice for my Trade Account?
1. To download a copy of a VAT Invoice, sign in to your customer portal using your login details.
2. On the vertical menu on the left-hand side of the page, click on “Your Invoices.”
3. You will be taken to “Your Invoices” page, where you can search and filter invoices by PO, order number, reference, date, or status.
4. Once you find the required invoice, click on the “Download Invoice” button.

How do I view my Order History and Quotes?
1. To view your Alsford Order history and any outstanding Quotes, sign in to your customer portal using your login details.
2. On the vertical menu on the left-hand side of the page, click on “All Orders”. You will be taken to the “All Orders” page, where you can search and filter orders by PO, order number, reference, date, or status. This page will display all orders on your linked account, whether placed in branch or online.
3. On the vertical menu on the left-hand side of the page, click on “Your Quotes”. You will be taken to the View Quotes page, where you can search and filter quotes by quote number, date, or status.

How do I view Statements and Credit Notes on my Alsford Trade Account?
1. To view your Statements and any Credit Notes for your Alsford Trade Account, sign in to your customer portal using your login details.
2. On the vertical menu on the left-hand side of the page, click on “Your Statements”. You will be taken to the View Statements page, where you can search and filter statements by date.
3. On the vertical menu on the left side of the page, click on “Your Credit Notes”. You will be taken to the View Credit Notes page, where you can search and filter credit notes by invoice number, credit note number or date.
How do I update my Alsford Trade Account Information and Address Book?
1. To edit your Alsford Account Information and Address Book, sign in to your customer portal using your login details.
2. On the vertical menu on the left-hand side of the page, click on “Account Information”. You will be taken to the Account Information page, where you can change your Password, Contact Name and Contact Phone Number.
3. On the vertical menu on the left-hand side of the page, click on “Address Book”. You will be taken to the Address Book page, where you can edit your default billing and delivery address.
4. Your Alsford Trade Account can hold multiple addresses, making it easier to order online in a few clicks. To add a new address to your account, click on the “Add New Address” button.
