Product or Service Enquiry

If you need more information about a product, technical specification sheet, or assistance with any service such as Sheet Cutting, Bespoke Timber Profiles, or Engineered Wood Products, you have three options to get in touch.

Help with Online Orders or an Online Account

For help placing an online order, or setting up and using an online account, our dedicated web team can assist you. In the first instance please use our live chat facility to raise your support need. For support with an existing online order, please contact the Alsford branch that is noted on your order confirmation email, and the branch team will be able to give you direct support about your individual order.

Help with your Trade Credit Account

For assistance connecting your existing Trade Credit Account, to an online account, please contact [email protected], including your account reference, account postcode and contact details on your email. Most online account connections for our Trade Credit customers can be made on the same day.

Refunds and Returns

Our refund and return policy can be found in our Terms & Conditions of Sale. Returns should be arranged by contacting the branch who delivered your order, or by emailing [email protected], including your order reference and reason for return.
