FixFest 2025 Ticket Giveaway

1. The prize draw (the "Prize Draw") is open to people aged 18 and is provided by Alsford Timber Ltd between 1st June 2025 and 31st July 2025.
2. Employees or agencies of Alsford Timber Ltd, or their family members, or anyone else connected with the Prize Draw may not enter the Prize Draw.
3. Entrants into the Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
4. To enter the Prize Draw, you must complete the entry form, available by scanning a QR code on display in all Alsford branches.

6. Multiple entries per person will be accepted.
7. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
8. Entries can only be made via the entry form which is accessible via a QR code or by visiting https://mailchi.mp/alsford.co.uk/fixfest2025
9. The closing date of the Prize Draw is 5.00pm on 31st July 2025. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.
10. One winner will be chosen from a random draw that will be video recorded and independently witnessed. This draw will take place within 14 days of the end date.
11. There will be one winner of the Prize Draw, who will receive 2 (two) tickets to the FixFest Festival 2025 held at the South of England Showground on 30th August 2025.
12. The Prize also includes 1 (one) x £50 Food Voucher, issued by FixFest and only valid to use at FixFest Festival 2025 on 30th August 2025.
13. The Prize further includes 1 (one) x Parking Space at the South of England Showground on 30th August 2025, issued by FixFest and only valid to use at FixFest Festival 2025 on 30th August 2025.
14. The ticket prize does not include any transport, and no additional hospitality, other than that detailed in points 13 and 14.

17. Alsford do not accept any responsibility for lost tickets, lost food voucher or lost parking space voucher issued by FixFest and cannot be liable for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw, accepting the prize or attending the event.
18. The winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the prize draw being held. If a winner does not respond to confirm acceptance of their prize within 14 days of being notified by Alsford Timber Ltd, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and Alsford Timber Ltd shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 14 days or else they will also forfeit their prize). If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner's prize will be forfeited and Alsford Timber Ltd shall be entitled to select another winner.
19. The prize will be sent to the winner by email once the winner has accepted the prize draw result.
20. The name of the winner can be obtained after 30th August 2025 by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: Marketing Dept, Alsford Timber Ltd, Ness Road, Erith, Kent DA8 2LD
21. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for alternative prizes.
22. Alsford Timber Ltd retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of the same value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
23. Alsford Timber Ltd shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to it as described in its privacy policy and in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your Prize Draw entry.
24. Alsford Timber Ltd accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize. Alsford Timber Ltd further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Prize Draw.
25. Alsford Timber Ltd reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control.
26. The decision of Alsford Timber Ltd in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
27. The Prize Draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
