Isover produces insulation out of 2 types of mineral wool:

 

Glass Wool

Glass wool is made of recycled glass and sand. Glass wool has excellent sound absorption and reduces heat loss in winter and protects against heat permeation in summer.

 

Stone Wool

Stone wool is produced from volcanic rock and recycled stone wool waste to create a superior insulative product that has both good thermal performance, fire safety and high-temperature suitability, and mechanical resistance.
